Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned selected candidates result in Direct Recruitment for the post of Village Assistant dated 28.01.2023 passed by the 4th respondent herein and quash the same and to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Village Assistant. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned selection of the candidates for the post of village assistant dated 28.01.2023 and for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the appointment of the candidates as village assistants in Narasingampatti village, the learned counsel restricted his prayer to the effect that a direction may be issued to the respondents to furnish the list of selected candidates along with the details of counselling ratio and marks obtained by them.
3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents on the above submissions and he has no serious objection for the limited relief sought for.
4. In view of the limited relief as sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to furnish the details of selected candidates, counselling ratio and marks obtained by them, to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order enabling the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
