Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.124 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are said to have assaulted the de-facto complainant and due to that, the de-facto complainant said to have sustained simple injury.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the de-facto complainant sustained simple injury and he was discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that there is a communal clash in the village.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 23/11/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
