2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 354, 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No. 4 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.
