ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025 and further to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet on the file of the third respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that one case is pending against the petitioner . However they have not disposed the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
