Mani, aged about 17 years before this Honourable Court and hand over the custody to the Petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of this court dated 04.12.2015 made in HCP(MD)No.1699 of 2015 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Ramachandran, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents 1 and 2 and the petitioner is not appeared either in person or through his counsel, this court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking restoration of the Habeas Corpus Petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution.
