Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.AYYANAR PREM KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to distance factor, the petitioner could not appear before the respondent Police regularly.

3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Karaikudi North Police Station, Karaikudi, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
