2.The judgment copy in C.C.No.115 of 2019 dated 12.01.2026 indicates that at the time of disposal of the writ petition for non-appearance, the petitioner was in prision. Since this writ petition is filed in his capacity as party-in-person and his non appearance on the date of dismissal of the writ petition on 24.10.2020 has been properly explained, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the writ petition is restored to file.
