Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate, this court made the following order:- It is seen that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 09.03.2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, has served notice on the complainant / respondent, by name, Thangammal for her appearance before this Court today either in person or through her counsel.

2. Today, Thangammal is not present either in person or through her counsel.
