W.P(MD).No.2871 of 2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Act and therefore, the petitioner is ready to face the enquiry by defending his case by availing the opportunity to be provided by the competent authority. 2.In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required. All the disputed facts on merits are to be adjudicated by the competent authority by affording an opportunity to all the parties by following the procedures as contemplated under the Statutes and Rules in force.
3.With these clarifications, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
