This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to 2nd respondent herein to dispose the Original Application No.13 of 2025 filed under Section 64(1) of Tamilnadu HR and CE Act within a stipulated time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice is dispensed with. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioners submitted an application under Section 64(1) of the HR &CE Act. However, no action has been taken on the said application. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within three months, the application would be disposed of.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' application, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
