ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. This is because the petitioner seeks nullification of the documents executed way back in the years 2010, 2011 and 2016. It appears that one document alone pertains to the year 2020. It is not evident from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, if the said document is independent by itself or it is a continuation of the earlier transactions. In any event, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in respect of the document registered in the year 2020 alone. If the petitioner's civil rights have been infringed, the petitioner can always establish the same before the jurisdictional Civil Court. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
