ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.07.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.18117 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the eviction / auction proceedings have been withdrawn by the authorities and hence, the order of this Court, dated 01.07.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 18117 of 2022 has been complied with.
