To call for the records and set a side the order dated 06/04/2015 made in Crl MP(MD) 4179 of 2012 in C.C.No.5 of 2009 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and up on earlier order of this Court order dated 23/02/2022 and requestion letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.4060/2023 dated 01/11/2023, this court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.5 of 2009.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 01.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of C.C.No.5 of 2009, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 23.09.2022. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.5 of 2009 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
