Pleased to call for the records relating to impugned fair and decreetal order dated 20.01.2020 made in I.A. No. 1 of 2019 in D.O.P. No. 150 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, set aside the same and allow this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) towards educational expenses for his two daughters within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) per month towards maintenance before 5th of every English Calendar month to the credit of D.V.O.P.No.150 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli,. Failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without any reference to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court.
