PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection against the third respondent to the petitioner to enjoy the property and to raise construction in view of the order passed in IA No.335/2021 in OS No.303/2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thanjavur based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2022 For Petitioner : M/s.Ebenezer T A For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection against the third respondent to the petitioner to enjoy the property and to raise construction in view of the order passed in IA No.335/2021 in OS No.303/2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thanjavur based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent on 05.01.2022 for police protection in respect of the land land. Though the petitioner has obtained interim injunction in IA No.335 of 2021 in O.S. No.303 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Thanjavur , the third respondent is threatening the petitioner.

Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 05.01.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
