ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner herein, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ second respondent Police.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), no further adjudication is required in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. As the complaint was enquired and closed, the second respondent Police is directed not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.
