ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2023, an enquiry was conducted. However, it was further submitted that the parties before the prosecution have expressed their intention to settle the issue.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the closure report. 19-01-2026 KSA 2/4
