ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.17 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 10.12.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was posted after vacation. Thereafter, he has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 4-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice.

3.It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, these Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
