ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondent and punish her for the willful disobedience of the order of the Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15961 of 2019 dated 05.11.2019.

2. Contemnor/Geethalakshmi, Inspector of Police, is on medical leave. She has been represented by the present Inspector of Police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court by an order dated 05.11.2019 had directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.236 of 2020 order. He would further submit that order copy was made ready on 28.11.2019 and within a period of four weeks the respondent has filed a charge sheet in E-Court filing No.1817 of 2020 and the respondent has not committed any contempt.
