ORDER

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to invoke the power of superintendence of the High Court and direct the trial Judge to number the I.A. 2.According to the petitioner, he filed a prejury petition and the same was returned by the trial Judge and while representing the same, without looking into the endorsement made in the representation, once again he has returned the same on the very same reason. Therefore, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court to give a direction to the trial Judge to number the petition. 3.On a perusal of the records and also the endorsement made by the trial Court and the compliance report filed by the petitioner, it is seen that even though the petitioner has complied with the queries raised by the Court, without looking into the same, once again the complaint was returned on the ground that previous directions are not complied with, which shows the non application of mind of the trial judge. Therefore, this Court directs the Sub Judge, Thoothukudi to take the application on file if it is otherwise in order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
