R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner seeks production of the person of his granddaughter. Even according to the petitioner, her age is 19 years and her date of birth has been recorded on 28.09.2002 in the Adhar Card.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that she has got married to R3 and they have posted the said marriage in face-book. Marriage photographs have also been produced.

3. We do not find any illegal detention in order to entertain the Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, this petition is dismissed.
