This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to release the Swift Car bearing registration No. TN 05 AP 0022, seized on 22.04.2022, which is in the custody of the respondents. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government advocate, Mr.S.Kameshwaran, on the basis of the written instructions submitted that apart from the petitioner one Jebin Jacob, S/o.Jebadhuthiyone, is also claiming right over the said car and seeking return of the property. Hence, both of them may be directed to appear before the 1st respondent and only thereafter a final decision could be taken in this regard. 5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent is also directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as one Jebin Jacob, S/o.Jebadhuthiyone. Both of them shall be directed to appear on the same day, and the enquiry shall be conducted in this regard by the 2/4

1st respondent and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall bo no order as to costs.
