This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur to number the unnumbered Cr.M.P.No. of 2013.

2. After much wrangling over the question of whether or not chargesheet stands filed before the Magistrate it now is informed that the same presently is filed and has been taken on file in Referred Charge-sheet No.1 of 2015.

3. In the circumstances, this petition shall stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a protest petition before the Magistrate within one month from today.

4.The petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected M.P. (MD)NO.1 of 2014 is closed.
