3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22296 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
