This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.148 of 2014 pending on the file of the Court of II Class Executive Magistrate-cum-Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioner.
