The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District., to expedite the trial in C,C.No.1 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the trial has been commenced and the matter is posted on 25.07.2019.

3. Considering the fact that already the trial has been commenced, the learned Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District, is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.1 of 2019 and complete the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
