Cont.P(MD)No.251 of 2020 of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefits of her husband and grant family pension by considering her representation dated 16.08.2018. This Court, by order dated 18.02.2019, disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2018 within eight weeks. Alleging non compliance of the above order, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.3625 of 2019 dated 18.02.2019, is complied with.

Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
