2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the final report was taken on file in CC No.32 of 2023 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, on 27.02.2023. Further, he submits that summons have already been served on the accused persons and the case is adjourned to 23.08.2024, for the appearance of the accused.
