ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.143/2021 on the file of the first respondent police, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed a charge sheet, vide e-filing No. 271/2023, before the jurisdictional Court.
