PC praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit therewith, the High Court will be pleased to, (i)That Criminal Appeal 274 of 2011 filed U/S.378 Cr.PC to set aside the Judgment dated 09.12.2009 in S.C.No.3/09 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai is pending before the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. That this Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 05.02.2016 had directed CBI to arrest 12 accused respondents and to cause their production on 11.03.2016 at 10.00 A.M. including R-15 I. Ruban, S/o. Irudayaraj, (ii)That for the reasons stated in the accomplanying affidavit, It is respectfully prayed that a PT warrant directing the Supdt.Central Prison, Salem to produce accused respondent Shri.I.Ruban, S/o.Irudayaraj before the Honurable Madurai bench of Madras High Court, on 11.3.
2016 at 10 A.M. may kindly be issued.
