ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 506 (i) of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the offence lodged against the petitioner is only under Section 506 (i)IPC and petition enquiry is pending in this case. She further submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 4.Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact that the offence alleged against the petitioner is only under Section 506 (i)IPC and also the fact that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, Interim Anticipatory Bail is granted to the petitioner till the registration of FIR and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

6.If a regular case is registered, this order shall become infructuous and the petitioner has to apply afresh for anticipatory bail.
