ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by the former president of the Thirupathur Thenmapttu Thambipatti Soliya Vellalar Uravinmurai Nalasangam. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the Form-VII submitted by the society was rejected on 17.09.2025 by the third respondent. Therefore, the present writ petition 2/5
has been filed seeking a direction to form an Adhoc Committee comprising teams from respondents 4 and 5 to administer the society.
2. A perusal of the order passed by the third respondent clearly reveals that the parties have been directed to approach the Civil Court. Without approaching the Civil Court, the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to form an Adhoc Committee. The scope of the writ petition does not empower the formation of an Ad-hoc Committee. The third respondent also cannot interfere in the internal dispute of the concerned Society.
3. It is for the members of the society to form an Adhoc Committee, until the elected office bearers are approved by the third respondent. This Court is not in a position to entertain the present writ petition.
4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
