RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting Bail dated 4.1.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)NO.20766 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUKRISHNAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20766 of 2021, dated 04.01.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that considering the offence as allegedly committed by the petitioner, the condition may be modified.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months.
5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
