RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT 2 VELVIZHI ... 2nd RESPONDENT/2nd RESPONDENT/ DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 20755 of 2021 by order dated 14.12.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMED KASSIM.A.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20755 of 2021, dated 14.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2837 of 2023 respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20755 of 2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
