RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl M.P (MD) No. 566 of 2023 dated 11.01.2023 in Crl O.P(MD) No. 21861 of Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. CRL MP(MD) No.2412 of 2023 This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21861 of 2022, dated 11.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21861 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
