ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry without following due process of law.

2. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent frequently called the petitioner under the guise of enquiry due to the family dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent based on the false complaint given by the 2/5

fifth respondent against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the fourth respondent harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that already they received complaint from the fifth respondent and they conducted enquiry and thereafter, it was closed on 03.02.2024. During the enquiry proceedings, they have not harassed the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
