The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No.716 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file as S.C.No.768 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
