Both sides present.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to regularise the period of suspension from 11.02.2013 to 03.04.2013 as one spent on duty with all consequential benefits. However, he submitted that it will suffice if the representations given by the petitioner are considered by the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 29.04.2017, 14.08.2020, 12.07.2021 and 17.01.2022, if not considered till date and the same has to be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner also directed to give a fresh representation enclosing the copy of this order to the first respondent, within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
