The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.717 of 2020 of Vembakkottai Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Vembakkottai Police Station, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.717 of 2020, filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
