ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.71 of 2024 on the file of District Munsif Court, Karaikudi is the revision petitioner herein.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the plaintiff has filed the said suit for the relief of declaration, declaring himself as a legal heir of his son, namely M.Pandian and for a mandatory injunction directing the official respondents to issue legal heir certificate to the plaintiff. A perusal of B-Diary extract reveals that the defendants have filed their written statement on 18.10.2024 and it is adjourned for the purposes of settlement. Since the defendants are official respondents, there is no possibility of settlement. Hence, the trial Court shall proceed with the trial.

3. In view of the above said facts, District Munsif, Karaikudi is directed to dispose of O.S.No.71 of 2024 on or before 31.07.2025. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
