ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family, based on the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 12.02.2019 and 24.04.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the purchaser of the house property bearing Door No.2/573, New Street, Parthipanoor. Now, the respondents 4 to 6, who are demanding money from the petitioner, have counter-locked the house. Hence, he made a representation to the third respondent, but, no action has been taken so far. been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed as there is a civil dispute between the parties.

5. Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been closed as civil in nature, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted.
