ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2019, in which the petitioner had informed the respondents 1 to 3 about the fact that the fourth respondent, who is the President of the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, is carrying on a similar business dealing in fertilizers in the name and style of Kalinga, which is in violation of the provision of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and its by-laws. Despite the respondents were informed, no action whatsoever has been taken to date. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. The fourth respondent has also entered appearance through counsel. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the limited prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent shall conduct an enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2019, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent to make their submissions by affording them a personal hearing and thereafter, he shall pass necessary orders. The said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
