PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.350 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein is the first accused who has assaulted his brother-in-law due to family dispute. The petitioner seeks bail for the offences under Sections 341,294(b), 323,324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to family dispute the petitioner and three others attacked the defacto complainant on 17.11.2019 when he was going in bike. The defacto complainant sustained following injuries :1) Fracture Tibial condyle R side (2) Fracture Ulna Fore arm L side(3) Fracture Distal Radius R wrist (4) Head injury with Scapula fracture R side. Hence he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.2768 of 2020 Public Prosecutor and the nature of injuries caused by the petitioner to the victim this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
