Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, Petitioner/ Muthukumar died. So far, no steps have been taken to substitute anybody. He would further submit that the detenue has been secured and she is major, she got married to third respondent.
