[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue has voluntarily joined with the petitioner and both had appeared before the second respondent police.

3. In the light of the above fact, we are of the opinion that the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
