R1 name printed, called absent and no representation. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
