O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. On 17.01.2019, based on the above said complaint, a case has been registered by the second respondent police in Crime No.19 of 2019. Even though, the case was registered in the month of January 2019, investigation has not yet been completed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has commenced their investigation and he will complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation and file a final report, within a period of one month, before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
