ORDER

The writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing any order on the representation of the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.14012 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020, wherein the third respondent herein /petitioner sought police protection and this Court directed 1/3

the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.In the said Crl.OP(MD) No.14012 of 2020, though the present petitioner was shown as third respondent, no notice was issued to him.

4.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation of the third respondent is still pending for enquiry.

5.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the present petitioner and after afford him reasonable opportunity of being heard, before considering the representation of the third respondent.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
