5 to 7, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.39 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners demanded more dowry from the defacto complainant and harassed her. 3.The case of the petitioners is that they are not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they are innocent persons and they are the relatives of the first accused.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are only the relative of the first accused, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 5.
