: Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondents 3 to 5 not to interfere the civil dispute on property matters in the guise of police enquiry and the first and second respondents be further directed to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the erred officers involved in entering the shop, throwing out the articles to street and made attempt to evict the petitioner from his premises, without power to enter and consequently, order to pay adequate compensation to the damaged articles.
